OzonePRO offers an intelligent procedure for consistent results. As the sanitising process is entirely guided by the special software: through the sensor, it analyses the concentration rate of the gas fed into the vehicle interior until the ideal threshold is reached, maintaining its level throughout the time needed for sterilisation to be achieved, through a specific strategy based on the type of vehicle and its inner condition.

Ozone is a natural gas, widely used in sanitary facilities due to its ability to oxidize and disrupt the molecular structure of bacteria, fungi and viruses.
Every single molecule of Ozone (O3) is generated in nature through electric dis-charge by separating some molecules of Oxygen (O2) into single molecules of atomic Oxygen (O1), a new 3-atom mole-cule can be formed.
The new molecule is actually short-lived: in fact, Ozone decays rapidly, breaking down into oxygen just a few minutes later.

Through Corona Effect ceramic plates, Ozone is generated and pushed into the environment, according to the sanitizing procedure parameters. This technology allows us to generate large quantities of ozone in a short time.
This helps to reach the required level of saturation rapidly, thus greatly increasing efficiency com-pared to other existing systems.
The special built-in sensor plays a key role. By analysing several environmental parameters, it enables the software to only maintain saturation as long as necessary to ensure elimination of path-ogens, while adapting operation to the detected parameters, thus avoiding any oxidation damage inside the vehicle or in the treated environment.

The system is made up of a high-capacity (5,000 mg/h) portable Ozone Generator, integrated with the exclusive Multifunction Sensor, at the core of the system, which analyses, calculates and guides all the sani-tizing operations.
Extremely handy, it can be used inside the vehicle cabin, thanks to the specific 12V socket to be connected to the cigarette lighter socket.
Setting a time is not enough!
Every environment has different requirements of how long and with how much ozone it should be handled, depending on the specific volume of air, temperature and humidity, interiors’ com-position and level of cleaning.
Time should only be considered once the proper saturation level has been reached in the environment.
This task is handled by the special Multifunction Sensor, which in fact controls every step of the sanitizing process based on the evolution of the vehicle’s environmental and internal parameters.
Control over the sanitising procedure ensured by OzonePRO prevents all those circumstances that may jeopardize the final result: excessive ozone persistence, failure to reach proper saturation or inadequate saturation times.
