In our own words
OSCA is the practical answer to the “we don’t see enough of that model to justify an OE subscription” problem. A customer drops off a Mercedes AMG that needs SCN coding after a module swap, instead of turning the work away or sending it to the main dealer, you connect the OSCA cable, log into the app, and a qualified technician handles the coding remotely while you continue with other jobs. You pay only for the job, the customer gets it done in-house, and the workshop keeps the revenue.
