- Name and workshop name
- Email address and phone number
- Details of the enquiry, demo request, or product interest
- For purchases: billing address and VAT number (for business customers)

- Respond to enquiries: We use your contact details to answer your question, arrange a demo, or provide a quote.
- Fulfil orders: We use your purchase details to arrange delivery and ongoing warranty support.
- Product updates: We may occasionally email customers about software updates, recalls, or important product news related to equipment they've bought. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for 24 months. Purchase records are kept for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements and to support warranty claims.
