1. About us

2. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on product pages are indicative only and exclude VAT unless stated. A formal quotation will be provided by email or phone before any purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice until a quote is issued and accepted.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed only once payment is received (or, for trade customers on agreed credit terms, upon written confirmation). We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and approved trade credit.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on manufacturer stock. We will provide a realistic delivery date at the point of quotation and update you if anything changes.
5. Warranty
All equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12 months, sometimes extended. We manage warranty claims on your behalf. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or business buyer.
6. Returns
Faulty equipment: return within 14 days for repair or replacement. Change of mind: no returns on activated software licences; hardware returns subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in original packaging, unused.
7. Training and demos
On-site demos are free and without obligation. Training sessions included with equipment purchases are conducted at our discretion within 90 days of installation. Standalone training (for equipment not supplied by us) is charged at an agreed hourly rate.
8. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from equipment supplied or services provided is limited to the value of the equipment or service in question. We are not liable for consequential losses (lost revenue, lost customer relationships) except where required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version applies to any new order.
